Frequently asked questions
How do I enroll my child?
Pick the program and group, register your child under your account, and complete the payment online; all from your phone within minutes.
How do I pay? Is it safe?
Payment is online through a licensed gateway (mada, cards, Apple Pay, and Tabby or Tamara instalments where available), and you get the payment confirmation by email.
When does the subscription start, and how is it renewed?
It starts as soon as payment is complete, and you get an email reminder with a renewal button before it ends; renewing early never costs you a day.
How do I follow my child's progress?
The coach records each session's attendance and assesses the player's level; you can ask the coach or the academy about your child's progress at any time.
