Refund Policy

1. General principle

The training service is provided by the Academy "ابطال فوفينام زدين", and refund requests are submitted to it. Refunds are executed through the payment gateway to the original payment method.

2. Within 50 minutes of payment

You cancel the payment yourself from your account (or the Academy cancels it), and the full amount returns to you electronically.

3. From 50 minutes up to 14 days after payment

You submit a refund request from your account, or contact the Academy and it submits the request on your behalf. The Academy approves or rejects the request within two business days:

• Within 5 business days of payment: you receive the full amount.
• After 5 business days: you receive the full amount, or the amount net of the payment-gateway fees and the Platform fee, as the Academy decides on your request.

The Academy's window may be shorter than 14 days; it is shown on its portal before payment.

4. After 14 days from payment

No refunds through the Platform. If the Academy agrees to return an amount after that, it returns it to you directly by bank transfer.

5. Full-refund cases

The amount is refunded in full if the Academy cancels the program or group before its period ends without an alternative you accept (through the payment gateway or by bank transfer from the Academy), or if an amount is charged due to a technical error without the enrolment being confirmed.

6. Instalments (Tabby / Tamara)

The amount is returned through the instalment provider under its terms, and your instalment schedule is adjusted accordingly.

7. When the money appears

Once executed, the amount appears in your account within 5 to 14 business days depending on the issuing bank.

8. Bank disputes

Before filing a dispute with your bank, contact the Academy first. Fraudulent or repeated disputes without grounds may lead to suspension of the account.
