2. Nature of the service

The Platform is a technical intermediary providing registration, online payment, notifications and reports. The training-service contract is formed directly between the Subscriber and the Academy, and the Academy alone is responsible for the training, its quality, the safety of its environment, its schedules, and the accuracy of its program descriptions and prices. The Platform's relationship with academies is governed by the "Service Agreement for Academies".

3. Payments never pass through the Platform

Payments are executed through a payment gateway licensed by the Saudi Central Bank and settle directly to the Academy; the Platform never receives or holds Subscribers' funds. A fixed, disclosed technical fee is deducted from the Academy's share per successful payment, and the Academy bears the gateway fees. No amount above the published program price is added to the Subscriber at payment; refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

4. Account and login

An account is created with a Saudi mobile number, a username, an email address and a password. You sign in with your username or mobile number and your password, and recover your password through a link sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done through your account, and you must provide accurate information. Minors are registered exclusively by their guardian.

5. Consent

Creating an account requires accepting these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Entering a health note about the Participant is optional and requires separate, explicit consent.

6. Enrolment and seats

A seat is provisionally held at registration and confirmed by completing payment. An unpaid hold is released automatically after 48 hours and the seat becomes available again. Enrolment requires meeting the program's published conditions.

7. Renewal and expiry

You receive a reminder before your subscription expires, with a payment link. Renewing before expiry extends the subscription from its original end date; after expiry, the new subscription starts from the payment date. An unrenewed subscription expires and its seat is managed under the Academy's policy.

8. Communications

Operational notifications (payment confirmation, receipt, renewal reminder, report readiness) reach you by email, and by WhatsApp when the Academy's package includes it.

9. Cancellation and refunds

Governed by the published Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

10. Acceptable use

Using the service for any unlawful purpose, impersonation, entering misleading data, or attempting to bypass technical controls is prohibited. Any violating account may be suspended or terminated.

11. Limits of the Platform's liability

The Platform is provided with reasonable availability, without a guarantee of being entirely free of interruption or technical error. The Platform is not responsible for the training service or for the direct relationship between the Subscriber and the Academy.

12. Personal data

Governed by the published Privacy Policy.

13. Delivery

The service is entirely digital: the subscription is confirmed as soon as payment succeeds, and the training takes place at the Academy's premises per its schedule. Nothing is shipped or delivered.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its competent authorities have jurisdiction over any dispute.

15. Changes

These Terms may be updated with a change to the "last updated" date; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
